What are we doing?

We doing remote and on-site SLA-based support of Siemens, NSN and Nokia fixed networks telecom equipment.

What are the targets?

Our main targets are customer network stability and customer satisfaction.

Where are our customers?

We are international team and our customers are located in Central America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

How we are doing support?

We provide customer care remotely and projects on-site through the direct agreement with customer or through official Nokia partner.

What is our experience?

We performed lot of EWSD, hiE9200, hiS700, Surpass and NetManager projects worldwide since 1997. We worked at Siemens TAC2 and Nokia Tier3 levels of worldwide customers support for about ten years.

How to proof our experience?

On request, we can provide the customer references to our care service and our certification documents for Siemens, NSN, Nokia telecom equipment and OAM tasks.

What are the prices?

We are small engineering team targeting to qualified customer support without overheads and our care service prices are very adequate.
