EWSD produced by Siemens AG company since 1980-th. EWSD is very stable telephony exchange system which is still working worldwide despite of started it is stepping to telecom world by last Century.

EWSD classic and innovation exchanges differ only by signaling controller type (CCNS vs SSNC) and have wide range of functions beginning from local telephone exchange role to international signaling transit point. There are over 150 million of EWSD ports installed worldwide since it's successful startup.

We introduced to EWSD solutions as engineers from 1990-th by performing of installation and integration projects being Siemens joint-stock venture and started to take care for customers as Technical Assistance Center level 2 (TAC2) since 1995-th using phones, faxes and normal post as customer communication tools.

The problems resolution time sometimes depends on time when symptoms floppy being delivered from customer site to service center.

Nowadays situation bit changed. EWSD is still working in more than 100 countries and we are not using Floppies or Faxes to provide the care worldwide. We effectively using mobile phones, e-mails and secured remote access to resolve the problems and answer to technical questions.

Although EWSD is very stable platform, the customer engineering staff changes time to time and customers may interesting to have high level EWSD support for existing solutions which currently not supported by Nokia. We can easily define the SLA within care agreement using our experience of problems resolution especially over remote access provided by customer.
