We are group of qualified and certified support engineers who provide the SLA based Care and Emergency service for customers who have Siemens telecom equipment on their network. We do technical care in 24x7x365 mode.
Our company takes technical the care for solutions based on Siemens telecom equipment for fixed telephony networks. We support the wide range of hardware and software versions such as EWSD from v12 to v17, hiE9200 from v3.2 to v5.2, hiS700 from v5 to v8, hiG1600 from v2 to v4, NetManager from v3.2 to v7, Switch Commander from v11 to v15 and Nokia SURPASS solutions. We take care for all parts of solution like PCU, hiR220, Cisco switches, management parts like NetM or Switch Commander Applications, SPOTS, etc.
We handle of Technical Queries from customer personnel concerning the equipment, solutions and fixed network technologies. We guide customer engineers to achieve the positive results using standardized OAM procedures we deeply know and our own "know-how" we accumulated being working for global customer support within Siemens, NSN and then Nokia.
The Fault Resolution process we perform for customers is always unique for each of network configurations due to different nature of problem cause string from human factor to complex issues related to 3-d party network components interaction. We use all of our long-term experience to fix the issues and problem in fast terms.
We provide the Emergency service using phone (English) or remote access to customer network.
The customer personnel training which we also provide, includes theoretical and practical courses related to Siemens, NSN and Nokia solutions. Courses include standard and non-standard OAM tasks, introduction to the emergency resolution steps, base and extended knowledge needed to perform all range of the telecom management tasks.
